As young families, we loved the convenient location near subways and a Walgreens. the private room had an excellent bathroom, perfect for our needs.

Wifi available only at first floor. Only one light in the ceiling of the room. No space (shelf for example) in the bathroom to leave a toilet case.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of this hotel. Being so close to the 96th St subway station made it incredibly easy for us to explore downtown NYC. Additionally, the cheap shuttle-bus service offered by the hotel made getting to and from the airports hassle-free. We also appreciated the very pleasant and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. we found this hotel to be a great value for young people on a tight budget like us. The small size of the room didn't bother us, and the beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Yes, there were a few drawbacks like the shared bathrooms and lack of a microwave/fridge, but considering the affordable price and prime location, we were more than satisfied with our stay at Royal Park Hotel.

Close to 96th St. station, Broadway & food spots. Upgraded to double room with private bathroom. Helpful & friendly front desk staff. Brilliant location for exploring NYC. Gentle & polite staff. Clean facilities. Great budget option.

Our reservations were not honored and we were sent to their sister hotel which wanted to charge us their price and not the fees we had agreed to pay with the other hotel. We had to contact Booked.net and thankfully they took care of the issue for us.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the subway and convenient for getting around the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. Additionally, the price of the hotel was affordable and didn't break the bank, making it a good choice for those on a budget.

The rooms at the hotel were quite small and lacked storage space. Additionally, there were a few maintenance issues such as broken lamps and a cockroach found in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Royal Park for one night and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just steps away from the 96th red line subway station. There were also plenty of amenities nearby, including pharmacies, delis, markets, and parking options. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious enough, and the internet connection was reliable. a fantastic stay!

I liked the value, and upon my check-in, they upgraded me from a 1 bed to a 2 bed room! Comfortable bed, fluffy pillows.

The carpet in the hallways should be a little cleaner (carpet cleaning or new carpet). Also, the carpet in my room was not fully vacuumed.

Close to subway station

We paid 150usd per night for a musty room which was not cleaned well. We understand that ny is expensive but the room should be clean and without the musty damp smell.

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to subway, supermarkets, restaurants, Hudson river. The staff was helpful and friendly.
